Anna Flowers spoke and signed her new book, WANTON WOMAN at a capacity crowd fundraiser luncheon at the Indian River Colony Club in Vierra, FL for The Red Hatters and other guests. Her folk group, “The Salty Dogs” performed and Marie Gibson sang the original, "Ballad of Sue Logue". A complimentary CD of the ballad was included in the sale of each book.

Authors Carol Jose, center, and Anna Flowers, right, were installed as Co-Presidents of the National League of American Pen Women, Cape Canaveral Branch, on Oct. 21, 2006 at Flower's home in Viera, FL. Officiating was Artist and former President, Jean Thomas. The NLAPW consists of professional Arts, Music and Letters members and the Cape Canaveral Chapter is one of the largest chapters in the nation. |
